About Me:

Hey there, I’m Tim Dillon!
Born and raised on (yes, on) Long Island, New York, I made the move to Tampa, Florida in 2024. I’ve spent nearly a decade in the accounting world and am a licensed CPA with New York State. For six years, I had the privilege of working at a small firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small to mid-size businesses around the country, an experience that really shaped how I approach my work and relationships with clients.

I’m all about working with people, not just for them. After spending some time at a larger accounting firm, I realized how much I missed the personal touch and connection that comes with working closely with passionate, creative small business owners. That’s the sweet spot for me: building relationships that go beyond the numbers and making sure we're both fully invested in your success.

My goal is simple: to help you better understand the financials behind your business and turn a stressful tax filing process into a smooth and collaborative experience. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, I’m here to help make it happen.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing guitar, getting into a great crime drama or fantasy/sci-fi series, gaming, or cheering on the NY Mets (even when they make it hard). And as you can see, i’m also a proud dog dad to Kaia, my 8-year-old rescue pittie and best gal.

Let’s build something great together… starting with a conversation.

My Experience:

With nearly 10 years in the field, I’ve supported businesses from solo operations to mid-sized companies grossing $5M–$10M annually. From basic bookkeeping and monthly reporting to managing finance operations including AR/AP workflows, cash flow planning, payroll processes, and those pesky miscellaneous to-do’s you can’t plan for—I’m here to bring order and clarity to your financial operations. I’ve worked with Marketing & Ad agencys, VC’s, e-commerce, and Mom & Pop shops. If your books are messy, your cash flow’s uncertain, or your back office needs structure, I can help get things on track.

On the tax side, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients on their tax needs, including Schedule C filers, S Corps, Partnerships, and C Corps. Whether it’s tax filing, entity structuring, or proactive planning, I can help clients plan for that deadline by managing the profits from their operations, while maximizing savings and minimizing tax liability with strategies like retirement contributions, the Pass-Through Business Deduction, and more.
